Refund Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

Physical goods

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original, unaltered condition with all original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@wtexgroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items not eligible for return

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at returns@wtexgroup.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Digital products and subscriptions

All sales of digital products and services are final. This includes CursusIQ subscriptions, software licenses, and consulting services. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or a service has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product you have purchased, contact us at returns@wtexgroup.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription through the end of the paid period.
