Agreement to terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by Wasatch Technology Exchange Defense Group, LLC ("WTEx Group", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our services include wtexgroup.com, cursusiq.com, the SMC iOS application, and any associated products or offerings.

Products and purchases

WTEx Group sells both physical goods and digital products and services, including software subscriptions (CursusIQ) and consulting services. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. WTEx Group does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping.

Digital products and subscriptions

Access to digital products and subscription services (including CursusIQ) is granted upon successful payment. All sales of digital products and services are final — no refunds are issued for digital purchases or consulting services once delivered or accessed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Physical goods

Physical product orders are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All content on our websites and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of WTEx Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software.
• Resell or redistribute our products or services without authorization.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTEx Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
