Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Shipping carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days depending on destination
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. WTEx Group is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com/track or through the UPS mobile app.
Shipping damage or loss
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at legal@wtexgroup.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. WTEx Group is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at legal@wtexgroup.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
